DATASK CUSTOMER POLICIES
Policies
Please read these policies before using Datask or purchasing a subscription.

Terms and Conditions
By creating an account or using Datask, you agree to these terms. Datask provides online tools for analyzing and comparing spreadsheet data and displaying reports and visualizations.
Your account and uploaded data
- Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use your account only when authorized.
- You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process each file. You remain responsible for the data in your files and for decisions made using a report.
- You retain ownership of your data. You give Datask permission to process it only as needed to provide and secure the service.
- Do not use Datask unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.
Reports and service availability
Reports are generated automatically from the information provided and may not be complete or error-free. Review important results independently before relying on them. Datask is provided as an analysis tool, not as professional financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal. Prices, billing, Pro features, cancellation, and refund requests are described in the Pricing and Subscription Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information Datask handles when you use the service.
Information we handle
- Account details such as your name, email address, country or state, and authentication information. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not as plain text.
- Uploaded CSV and Excel files and the resulting analysis or comparison data needed to provide the features you request.
- Subscription and transaction records such as plan, amount, payment and subscription identifiers, billing dates, and status.
- Basic session and service information needed to authenticate you, prevent misuse, and operate Datask.
How files are processed
Files are sent to Datask's application server for processing. For a single-file analysis, the temporary upload file is removed after that request is processed. The comparison feature temporarily stores copies so you can ask follow-up questions; these copies expire after one hour and are removed during a subsequent comparison cleanup pass. Do not upload sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and comfortable with this processing.
Datask uses uploaded files to provide the requested analysis or comparison. We do not sell uploaded files or use them to train general-purpose AI models. Reports are returned to your browser for viewing or downloading.
Service providers, payments, and retention
We use service providers to host and operate Datask, send account emails, support sign-in options, and process subscriptions. Razorpay processes payment authorization and recurring billing. Datask does not collect or store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials; Razorpay handles those details under its own policies. Datask does retain limited transaction and subscription records needed to manage access, support customers, and meet applicable obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to provide the service, or when required to protect Datask, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request. Essential session storage may be used to keep you signed in.
Your requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting devnavle76@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate payment and security records.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Datask is a digital service. There are no physical products, parcels, or shipping charges. After successful payment confirmation, Pro access is enabled on your Datask account. Reports are generated online and can be viewed or downloaded through the service. Delivery and access depend on successful payment processing and service availability.
Contact Us
For account, subscription, privacy, or technical support, email devnavle76@gmail.com.
For payment questions, include the email address on your Datask account and the Razorpay payment or subscription ID, if available. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or full payment credentials.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel a subscription
Sign in and use Cancel auto-renewal in the Pricing section to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your Pro access remains available until that period expires; cancelling does not automatically issue a refund.
Request a refund review
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation. If you believe you were charged more than once, charged without authorization, or paid but did not receive the access purchased, contact devnavle76@gmail.com with your account email and payment ID. We will review the circumstances and explain the outcome. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported; processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Pricing and Subscription Policy
- Monthly Pro: ₹999 per month.
